Refund policy

The policy of Carr Wrestling Academy is to issue no refunds after a wrestlers has participated in matches, tournaments or practices.

●  No monetary refunds. Refunds requested due to injury prior to a CWA event will require a Doctor’s note. You will receive partial credit through privates, practices, or CWA camps.
●  Privates must be cancelled 24hrs in advance for a refund.
●  CWA reserves the right to refuse any abuse of the refund policy.
●  Any member or non­member dismissed from CWA for disciplinary reasons will not be considered for a refund.
●  If a member decides to leave CWA (other than medical) by their own decision for any reason, they will not receive a refund.
●  All purchases made to CWA will not be refunded.
